Liv Morgan praises Roxanne Perez's WWE potential
WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan praised Roxanne Perez as "so incredibly talented" in a Fox News Digital interview. Morgan described Perez as young, ring-aware and under the Judgment Day faction's guidance as the next generation's star. She added that Perez is under her tutelage and that WWE's future rests safely in her hands.
Perez earned her main roster call-up nearly a year ago by qualifying for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match with a victory over Becky Lynch and Natalya. Weeks later, she joined Judgment Day, replacing the injured Morgan alongside Raquel Rodriguez to become one-half of the women’s tag team champions. The pair held the titles for more than a month before dropping them to Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair on Night 1 of SummerSlam.
Perez rejoined Judgment Day after recovering from back surgery. She and Rodriguez supported Morgan in the ring during her Women’s World Championship win over Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42. At 24 years old, Perez previously captured two NXT women’s championships and one NXT women’s tag team championship.
Morgan has expressed admiration for Perez since her arrival on "Monday Night Raw."
